The monthly Board Meeting was called to order at 7:11 PM by Vice-President John Coleman. 

Members present: John Coleman, Grace McKay, Emmett Kesel, Gary Stone, Tina Wilson, Travis, Susan Wilcox, Robert Sheridan and John Primm.

Minutes – John Primm:  The minutes of the November meeting were accepted as posted on the web site.

Treasurer's Report – Emmett Kesel:  3 Associate Members have paid their dues.  $50 came in from the last General Meeting.  $1,000 went out the big holiday bash, that will come back to us providing that there are enough people attending the bash.  Members should be receiving a mailing regarding the Holiday Bash

Programming - John Coleman:  It was agreed that the November 17th meting with Maria Piscopo, an author and marketing guru, was a great success.

Upcoming meetings include our own party on December 12 at Original Mikes in Santa Ana, the Inter-Organization Bash on December 16 at the Galaxy Theater and “Shark Night” at PADA/DSAT in Rancho Santa Margarita on January 19.

It was voted that Bernard Samara, Operations Manager of WILD WEST MEDIA be given a Shining Star Award, for agreeing to host our meetings.

Registration - Robert Sheridan:  Reported that he is collecting $10 from non-members at the meetings.

Membership - Emmett Kesel:  We currently have 24 national members and 8 Associate Members.

PR - Susan Wilcox, Bill Ennis:  Susan is getting the word out to local papers about our meetings and posts a notice about our meeting on Mandy.com.

Communications - Tine Wilson: She is always ready to call on people when she gets new names.  She will call people regarding the holiday parties.

Speaker's Bureau/Campus Liaison - Charlie Gibbs: no report.

Website - Grace McKay, Travis: The web site continues to evolve.  It is hoped that the directory section software will be ready soon so that members can post to it.  It was agreed that as a member benefit, members would be allowed to have a rotating banner ad on the web site free of charge.  Currently there are 3 or 4 members that have banner ads on the site.
