The minutes of the September 1st meeting were reviewed and accepted.

Treasurer's Report - Beverly Turner: The membership renewal notice letter that will be sent to all Associate Members is finished. Approximately $800 is expected to come in from that. It was approved to spend $1,000 of seed money for a big holiday bash in association with the Orange County Ad Club as was done last year. The money should be made back as it was last year.

Programming - John Coleman: A list of potential topics was handed out going all the way to September of 2005. The October 20th meeting will be at Wild West Media and feature Gerry Grant, President of Search Optimization.com. He will speak on the "Secrets of Attracting Customers to Your Website." The November 17th meeting will feature Maria Piscopo, an author and marketing guru. Out of 3 possible programs the "Sales Strategies for Success" topic was chosen by the board.

A joint Holiday Party is being suggested to PVN. The date is December 8th. Larry Goldsmith (Mr. PVN) will check with the PVN Board about this. Beverly Turner will develop a back-up plan should this joint party not be approved by PVN.

It was voted that the web site should include links of our guest speakers as part of our thanks to them.

New Business: See old business.

Old Business: The swap meet is still planned for October 31 - yes on Halloween!  It will be held at 30 Corporate Park in Irvine and will be organized by Larry Goldsmith. Susan Wilcox will be sending out e-mails, and doing a press release, Travis will be doing a Flash program for it that will appear on the web site, and we will utilize the PVN Pay Pal for incoming funds.

The meeting adjourned around 8:00 PM when the pie came.
